Depending on what you would like to accomplish and where you are currently in your health journey there are a variety of packages to choose from.
Healthy Habits - Most Recommended
- 3 Months of Weekly Coaching Sessions that are 45 min. in length
- This has been found to be the most successful in creating healthy habits that last
Motivate
- 2-4 Months depending on the support and accountability desired
- Weekly email check-ins PLUS once a month 50 minute coaching call to make sure you are still in alignment with your goals
- This package is great for clients that have completed the 90 Day Total Transformation and would like the continued support
The Go-Getter
- Monthly, up to six months
- This package is suitable when you already have a great base. Someone who desires monthly accountability and motivation to maintain healthy habits that have already been created
- Bi-Weekly email check-ins PLUS once a month 50 min. coaching calls to make sure you are still in alignment with your goals
- This is also great for clients that have completed the 90 Day Total Transformation and would like the continued support
